This is a nice female custom minifig castaway, i don’t think the Lego parts have been customized and I suspect they are all genuine Lego parts, whats really nice is how they have been combined given the sheer volume  of choice you would have to make a custom minifig, interestingly Lego rarely produces female minifigs, and the two key defining features that distinguish a male from female minifig are the torso decal, head decal and hair parts.
