In starwars there are various hints of other colonized works that fall under the imperium and some of these worlds were supposidly underwater which would explain this brilliant scuba clone trooper custom minifig, with its custom helmet and scuba backpack. the weapon is a custom one from Little brick store, if i’m not mistaken.
