The Russian Navy first appeared in trailers for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. They are seen in the level “Hunter Killer”. In the level the player is tasked with placing a mine on a Russian Navy Oscar II-class submarine, and eliminating its crew.

These custom minifigures are well painted and have a very strong likeness to the game.
