The US Air Force Pararescue Jumper by Swoosh is a great looking custom minifigure. The mission of a United States Air Force Pararescuemen is to recover downed and injured aircrew members in austere and non-permissive environments.
The Tactical Vest and Military helmet both from Brickforge are well painted, and I quite like the design of the camouflage. The ARC, HAC, and Grenade Launcher are by Brickarms and have all been modified.
I really like with custom minifigure and definitely worthy of more comment on Flickr.
