Hear at Custom Minifig we can’t get enough of this Bricks of War video, and the amount of time they put into making this video, creating the set, and making the minifigures and weapons.

Alex Kobbs is a professional animator and Lego brick enthusiast. A graduate of Fitchburg State College’s film program, he began to specialize in stop motion animation in 2007. This stop-motion animation is based on the Gears of War franchise.

The model used in the video is almost an exact copy of the courtyard found at the beginning of the Hazing chapter in Act 4 Gears of War 1.

Also watch the behind the scenes video to see how they made it, although I think it took longer than 5 minutes!
