LEGO D-DAY 2 PARATROOPERS lego animation movie

Now here’s a great lego animation, and I think Ken will like this (he loves paratroopers) it’s a animation about a paratrooper in ww2, it could be better but right now this is the best you can find on the web. The main reason this was intresting is the elite forces in the end, notice the very detailed berets, would love to see one of those become real ABS products. Here is the link to the youtube video if you want to watch it there.

Sci fi custom minifig

(by Vid’)

Another great figure by Vid’, no decals this time but that’s not the intresting on this figure.  This shows that you can make a very nice fig by using elements from different  themes, the armor and helmet is from castle and torso and legs from sci fi, and you have a nice fig, very original. And of course, brickarms weapons, look at that gunblade, that is a girl you don’t mess wiht.

teutonic custom minifig

(castle custom minifig by Vid’)

This is very nice done, take a normal printed lego element and the make a nive decal, it looks nice wiht the printed details and makes it very clean. Also notice the custom axe, very clever if you ask me.

grey jedi custom minifig

(star wars custom minifig by Vid’)

A very nice star wars custom minifig, notice the cutted decal to make the torso look like a jacket. The most intresting element here is the lightsaber, as you can see it’s custom made and painted, a very nice finish and clean custom minifig.

painted BDU custom minifig soldier

I like the camo pattern painted on this custom minifig, but i think it would have been better done as a decal rather than with paint, the main reason i say this is because when you look at the details painted on they aren’t very straight, on a decal you’d be able to add this in and make sure it all site correctly before apply it to the custom minifig

Thunderball James Bond custom minifig

Thunderball James Bond custom minifig by Shmails

A really nice decal and a smart selection of Lego minifigs, add a Lego spear gun and a Lego head and what you have is a transformation of a standard Lego minifig into James Bond from Thunderball.

Goldfinger and Oddjob custom minifigs from Goldfinger

Goldfinger and Oddjob custom minifigs from Goldfinger by Shmails

Here we have two James bond villains from Shmails ( i think his a little obsessed!), whilst Goldfinger isn’t very custom aside from a decal, the OddJob custom minifig a great looking bowler hat which was the defining unique characteristic.

Domino Derval custom minifig from Thunderball

Domino Derval custom minifig from Thunderball by Shmails

Its rare to see a female Lego minifig, let alone one thats custom or one that’s a Bond girl custom minifig, here we have Domino Derval from Thunderball, portrayed as a custom minifig, the main custom part is the decal, and some times thats all you need, especially if its a bikini!

custom minifig blofeld from You Only Live Twice

custom minifig blofeld from You Only Live Twice  by Shmails

Looks like since the brick arms James bond custom minifig came out Shmails, has started a whole series of James bond custom minifigs, such as this Blofeld custom minifig, with a really nice decal on the Lego head.

I’m not sure if this is actually a custom minifig or not, but i really like the decal, so I’m posting it up to see if anyone knows, i think its really cool and with the grey legs it looks really neat, if it is a standard Lego part I’ve got to get a few.
