Hi
Firstly this is an excellent website – well done!
I own http://www.firestartoys.com and I’m the biggest seller of lego figures on Amazon.co.uk http://www.amazon.co.uk/firestartoys
I’m working to turn firestartoys.com into the biggest Lego figure site in the world (apart from bricklink anyway) and as well as standard Lego figures I’m looking for talented MOC designers to supply unique minifigures and accessories at competitive prices for large quantities.
So I would like to sponsor/advertise firestartoys.com on your site but also to advertise for designers who want to sell thier creations.
Here is an example of one of our own figures using standard parts.
http://www.firestartoys.com/index.php?category=14&page=detail&pid=100
(if the link does not work type “custom” in the search bar)
I’m planning on doing a lot more of these as it is a big seller but I’m not in the same league as the artists on your site which is why I want to get some of them to consider selling thier creations.
We’ve also just taken a lease on a large workshop/office and I want to use part of this as a MOC minifigure studio with proffesional photography etc
Let me know if you’re interested.
Kind regards
Paul
Hi Paul… Bricklink is definitely the big guy in town, however it is difficult to sell custom items unless you advertise them elsewhere, as Hazel does using Flickr. Sounds very interesting.
that’s a smart idea…
hey i’ve been seeing lots of lego ghillie suits lately and was trying to make one, but now the legs look more like fur.:(.
