Hazel custom minimi
as if you though hazel couldn’t get any better here you have a custom minifig minimi, a platoon level medium machine gun, its usually box magazine fed, but can also be belt fed, as you can see its been captured by hazel in loving detail. some might argue its too detailed for lego minifigs, but i think it looks great. these will be on sale as part of the 2010 collection soon.

DK Lego minifig book
there’s a page in the new minifig book by DK, shame really as they wen’t for the safe near-purist option instead of really pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with lego minifigs, i think you’ll agree that the custom minifig creators who have been featured on custom minifig show far better examples that those in the book, just to be clear, this isn’t to say the minifigs in the DK book are poor, just that they are very safe.
