base on Harleen Quinzel: The Joker’s personal psychiatrist. She falls in love with him and becomes his accomplice after he twists her mind. The headgear is Sculpey, and the decals are a custom design, i think the hair could have been more elaborate, but i suspect sculpy isn’t as good as epoxy when it comes to details.
